Ross Cadastre is a talent strategist, business leader, and community builder with more than two decades of experience shaping how organizations across Canada and the Caribbean grow, hire, and innovate. Originally from Saint Lucia and now based in Canada, he is known for driving inclusive innovation at the intersection of recruitment, leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic development.

As Managing Partner & Chief Growth Officer at Brydon Gama, Ross leads business growth, strategic partnerships, and client engagement across North America. He partners with organizations in banking, telecommunications, retail, technology, and the public sector to deliver modern IT talent solutions, workforce scaling strategies, and high-impact recruitment programs. His relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the technology talent landscape have helped clients navigate growth through strategic talent acquisition and advisory services.
A Track Record of Building
Before Brydon Gama, Ross founded Kontingence Recruitment, a technology-focused recruitment firm later acquired by MIR Digital Solutions — an exit that expanded MIR's workforce solutions capabilities.
He is also the founder of:
- ITS Global — a boutique talent advisory firm.
- BIPOCJobs.ca — a national platform connecting underrepresented talent with inclusive employers and supporting organizations committed to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring.
- Blue Economy Technology Labs — a Caribbean-based innovation initiative developing AI-enabled digital government solutions for Ministries and public sector organizations, modernizing public services to strengthen citizen engagement and drive measurable economic impact across the region.
Community & Industry Leadership
Despite his demanding career, Ross is deeply committed to giving back. He currently serves as Interim President of the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), one of Canada's most influential organizations supporting Black professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, where he is also Past Chair. Since 2016, he has also served as President of The Union of St. Lucian Overseas Associations, the umbrella organization representing St. Lucian community groups globally.
Ross is a founding member of the Social Economy Through Social Inclusion (SETSI) Coalition and has contributed his leadership to numerous community-based organizations, including the St. Lucia Toronto Association, the Council of Caribbean Associations Canada, and the OECS Council of Canada.
He also serves as Past President of the Whitby Chamber of Commerce, where he championed inclusive economic growth, entrepreneurship, regional collaboration, and small business development across Durham Region.
